What if I receive an error that my barcode number or Story Box Library-registered password are incorrect?
If you’re receiving an incorrect barcode error, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the name of your public library or Local Government Area (LGA) and your barcode number. A screenshot of the error message is also helpful.
If you chose your own password when you registered your barcode with Story Box Library and you receive the below error that you’ve entered an incorrect password, try resetting your password first. If this is unsuccessful, contact email@example.com.
If you can't remember the email address you used to register your password, please contact us with your name, barcode number and the name of your library.
If you’re having trouble logging in to Story Box Library using the PIN/password that you use to log in to your public library catalogue, and receive an error like the one below, please contact your local library for assistance.
