How do I log in as a public library patron?

To log in for the first time as a public library patron, go to our Library login page and follow these steps:

Select your public library or Local Government Area (LGA) from the dropdown menu.

If you see both barcode and PIN/password fields, enter the same details you use to access your library catalogue to log in.
If you just see a barcode field, enter your library barcode number, click log in…then confirm your details on the next page to register your individualised account.
Once you’ve confirmed these details, you’ll now be able to create personalised playlists, select your own account preferences, use a ‘Remember Me’ feature, and access our app.

When logging in to your individualised account going forward, go to our Library login page and follow these steps:

Select your public library or Local Government Area (LGA) from the dropdown menu.
If you see both barcode and PIN/password fields, enter the same details you use to access your public library catalogue to log in.
If you just see a barcode field, enter your public library barcode number, click log in, then enter the password you registered for your individualised Story Box Library account.
