Jay Laga'aia is one of Australia's most recognised faces having starred in an extraordinary number of films, TV programs and stage productions. Jay is currently seen almost daily on Australian television as Rev.Elijah Johnson on Home and Away, as well as his ongoing role as one of the most popular hosts of Play School. He is also currently filming the third series of ABC TV's Bed of Roses. Jay's other TV credits include, Water Rats, Xena Warrior Princess and Legend of the Seeker. His film credits are similarly impressive including Stars Wars Episodes II and III, Nims Island, Daybreakers, and the yet to be released animated film Guardians of Ga'Hoole. Jay also played the role of Mufasa in the stage production of The Lion King and wrote and directed his own children's show Jay's Place which was awarded the 2007 Sydney Theatre Award for Best Production for Children.
