Go Home, Cheeky Animals!

At Canteen Creek where we live, there are cheeky dogs everywhere. But when the cheeky goats, donkeys, buffaloes and camels make mischief in the camp, the dogs just lie there - until those pesky animals really go too far. Then the cheeky camp dogs roar into action!

In this (cheeky) follow-up to Too Many Cheeky Dogs, the camp at Canteen Creek is invaded by all kinds of animals who are finally chased away by the resident cheeky dogs.

This charming story from author Johanna Bell, illustrator Dion Beasley and publisher Allen & Unwin, is read by Soraya Briggs and will have you smiling, laughing and cheering at every page.

This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, its arts funding and advisory body.

Supporting subscribing educators with engaging hands-on lessons, Story Box Library (SBL) has introduced Units of Work which are comprehensive, thematic and linked to Australian curriculum learning outcomes, encouraging hands-on learning opportunities and collaboration between students.

The Units of Work include printable resources and SBL story suggestions, ready for the classroom, to be used as a sequence or individually.
