I see the error 'No playable sources found' when trying to watch a video in Firefox

Story Box Library serves adaptively streaming video, meaning the most appropriate resolution videos will be streamed depending on the your internet connection.

Firefox and Internet Explorer cannot natively play HLS streaming video, and in those cases the Flash plugin needs to be installed so that the Flash version of our video player can be used instead of the default HTML5 video player.

If you’re having trouble viewing videos in Firefox and getting the error message 'No playable sources found' you should try:

• Installing and enabling the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
• Or using a browser that natively plays HLS streaming video such as Chrome or Safari
