From the page to the stage, I've always loved telling stories. My first picture book, There is No Magic in This Book, was published by Walker Books in November 2020.
As a playwright, my one-act play The Wrong Floor was performed at Javeenbah Theatre Company in 2021. I was selected for Playlab’s 2016 Incubator program and wrote the full-length play, Clan, which had a professional live reading at HOTA’s 2017 Playwright Season. My short plays have been performed in Short+Sweet Festivals in Sydney, Auckland and the Gold Coast, with For Our Kind winning second place in its heat (2012). I've completed Queensland Writers Centre’s Year of the Novel course and I also love writing young adult stories.
As an actor, I recently appeared in Playhouse Creatures at Javeenbah Theatre Company (July 2021) and The Psychic at Spotlight Theatrical Company (Sept 2020). I'm thrilled to have been cast in the 2022 Australian Tour of Mother and Son (Jally Entertainment). Previously, I've performed in productions of Ladies Day (Javeenbah Theatre Company 2020), Secret Bridesmaids’ Business (GCLT 2019), Dangerous Liaisons (Brisbane Arts Theatre 2005), The Crucible (Javeenbah Theatre Company 2004) and many more.
